Breathe
Have you ever slowed down to take a big breath of fresh air, especially in higher altitudes? It is exhilarating as the oxygen rejuvenates your mind, body, and soul. There are oxygen bars all throughout the country that allow you to be refreshed by inhaling a fresh uninterrupted flow of oxygen. Oxygen tanks are in hospitals, homes, and on the sidelines of major sporting events to assist in the need for fresh air. Whether exhaling or inhaling, we need to breathe to sustain life One of my favorite scripture ever recorded was from the mouth of Jesus. “He breathed on them and said; “Receive the Holy Spirit.’” John 20:22 Stop, think, and feel the power of these words. When I took these words in, I took on the power of God to change me from within. The Holy Spirit is not only refreshing, He is our life support from heaven. The Holy Spirit provides an inward comfort, peace, and presence that only God can provide. If you haven’t slowed down enough to take on the breath of Jesus, I encourage you to. There is an exhilarating and refreshing existence of the presence of God. Breathe in and receive what is being offered.
